TRAILER PARKING LOT PASS ORDER FORM

Trailer and truck parking in the designated lot at the Orange County Convention Center is for detachable trailer and large truck parking only. No passenger vehicles or recreational vehicles may be parked in this lot. Vehicles cannot be occupied overnight under any circumstances.


The deadline to submit an advance order for trailer parking lot passes is Monday, November 3. After this day, passes can only be purchased on-site in the IAAPA Security Office in Room S213 at the Orange County Convention Center.


  • Complete and submit the form below. After submitting, you will be emailed an invoice to securely make payment online.


  • One pass is required per vehicle/unit.


  • This form can be used to purchase up to five (5) parking passes. Please submit the form a second time if you need to purchase more than five (5) parking passes.


  • Trailer Lot Parking Passes are US$90.00 each.


  • You must pick-up the parking pass at the IAAPA Security Office in Room S213 at the Orange County Convention Center between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13 through Friday, Nov. 21.


  • On-site purchases can be made at the IAAPA Security Office in Room S213 at the Orange County Convention Center.


  • Pass must be presented to the security guard at the Trailer Parking Lot entrance and then be affixed to window or trailer while parked in the lot.


  • Trailer Parking Lot will be open from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Nov. 13 – Nov. 22 and the pass is good for entire period.


  • All OCCC parking lots are unsecured overnight and any parking there is at the owner’s risk. The lot will be locked from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. nightly with no in or out access. Trucks that arrive after hours should not park at the OCCC or their vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense!


  • Passenger vehicles and vans must park in the regular daily lot. There is no overnight parking at the OCCC for standard vehicles.


  • Any vehicle found without a pass in the window or attached to the trailer will be towed at owner’s expense.


  • No refunds on purchased passes.
