This form will inform us that you would like us to add the course shell into your course. Please note that we will temporarily add ourselves to your course to import the shell. Once the shell is in your course we will immediately unenroll ourselves.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept course shell requests for Fall 2023, as we are developing course shells for the new Brightspace LMS. We hope to have this running again by next semester (Spring 2024). Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience!
