Getting ready for the academic year? Please refer to the project request form due dates outlined below. Remember, all submissions require review and approval, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for this process.

  • April 30th for the Fall semester (August - December)
  • September 30th for the Spring semester (January - May)
  • January 31st for the Summer semester (May - July).

Interpreter costs should be incorporated into the overall budget as part of your anticipated expenses and will depend on the scale and duration of the project. We suggest budgeting for 2-4 meetings per week.
