2022 Spark!Fishers Parade Application
Thank you for your interest in Fishers' biggest community celebration, Spark!Fishers! The event will kick off with a concert on Tuesday, June 21, and the celebration of our vibrant community will continue all week ending with our festival on Saturday, June 25 in Fishers’ Nickel Plate District and Municipal Complex. We are seeking participants that will showcase the City of Fishers and our smart, vibrant, entrepreneurial community. Please note that 2022 Spark!Fishers Festival hours are on Saturday, June 25 from 3 - 10 pm with the Parade stepping off at 6:00 pm.
For consideration in becoming a parade unit, please fill out the application below. The completion of this form does not guarantee entry into the parade, and due to space limitations, not all applicants will be accepted. The committee will evaluate applications and will respond to all applicants based on the timeline below. Selected participants will be notified by the corresponding date below via e-mail and required to pay for their spot (if applicable) within 2 weeks of notification of acceptance. Please note that any vendors who are also parade participants are required to have separate staffing, vehicles, etc. in order to participate (i.e. you can not leave your vendor booth or move vehicles/décor from your booth in order to participate in the parade).

2022 Spark!Fishers Pricing
• Non-Profit/Educational: Free
• Sponsor: Free
• Business: $200
*Parade fees will be due by June 17, 2022. No refunds will be given if the unit cancels after June 1, 2022. In the event that Fishers Parks cancels due to COVID-19, a full refund will be issued. There will not be refunds made for inclement weather the day of the event.
*All parade units will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Fishers as additionally insured, with a $500,000 limit for each occurrence and $1 million aggregate. Once you are approved, the COI will need to be submitted along with payment.
*All parade units will be required to attend an informational Parade Unit Meeting before Spark!Fishers. Date, time, and location will be communicated as acceptance letters are sent out.
