Drop Testing Request Form

Drop Testing entails testing the packed shipper by dropping the shipper from ISTA standard heights on different faces, corners, and edges at least 9 times. Acceptable damage for both the shipper and the payload is defined by the client before the testing begins. ISTA encourages at least 5 samples be tested to ensure results are duplicable but is not required. “Slam Sticks” can be used in the test to obtain force readings if shock values are required in the results. Thermal chambers can be utilized if min/max temperature and humidity levels need to be replicated for the testing but are not required.

Please add any hard date that the testing must be completed by for launch of product.
