2025 NEA-Retired New Business Item Submission

NEA-Retired delegates have an option to submit New Business Items (NBIs) either online or in-person. This Smartsheet is to be used for the virtual submission of NBIs prior to the NEA-Retired Annual Meeting.


Deadlines for the NEA-Retired NBI Submission process:

The deadline for the online submission of NBIs is 5:00 pm ET, on May 30, the last business day in May. The Smartsheet will be closed after this date/time.


The deadline for in-person submission of NBIs is June 29 (the first day of the NEA-Retired Annual Meeting) at 4:00 p.m. in the time zone of the meeting host city.


Delegates submitting an online NBI should not submit the same NBI in-person at the meeting; only new NBIs should be submitted on Day 1 of the NEA-Retired Annual Meeting.
