Donation Request Form
Thank you for your interest in a donation from The Tech Interactive—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization!
The Tech supports other California-based nonprofits in their fundraising efforts when possible. To ensure that all children have the opportunity to visit The Tech Interactive, we grant hundreds of donation requests from school and community organizations every year. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate all the requests we receive. Please review the eligibility section for questions on if your organization qualifies for a donation.
If your request is approved, your organization will receive four (4) passes (total value of $108) good for general admission to The Tech Interactive. If you have a specific request, please note so.
We ask that all requests be made at least six (6) weeks before your scheduled event for review and processing.
Eligibility
Requests must be made directly by/from the eligible organization or by an individual serving in an official capacity at that organization.
The organization must be a registered not-for-profit located in the following counties.
- Alameda
- Contra Costa
- Fresno
- Marin
- Napa
- San Benito
- Santa Cruz
- San Francisco
- San Mateo
- Santa Clara
- Sonoma
- Solano
Eligible organizations including religious organizations must serve and benefit the community on the whole without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, medical condition, genetic information or carrier status, military, veteran, marital, or citizenship status, or any other status protected by law.
Profit-making organizations, and political, labor and fraternal organizations (such as 501(c) (4) organizations); and any organization that discriminates, in its constitution or practice against persons or groups are not eligible.
Organizations may only receive one donation per year.
Ticket Requests
To request tickets, please complete the Ticket Donation Request Form.
Due to the heavy volume of donation requests, we regret we are unable to accept walk-up, telephone, or email requests or inquiries.
Incomplete forms and requests from organizations not meeting the eligibility criteria will automatically be rejected.
The Tech can only approve a limited number of ticket donation requests each year. We apologize if your request can not be fulfilled.
If approved you will be requested to provide a pre-stamped envelope for tickets. The Tech is not responsible for delivery delays.
Policies and Disclaimers
- The Tech reserves the right to approve or decline any request at their sole discretion.
- The Tech may research any organization to ensure compliance with our ticket donation policy.
- The Tech has the right to void any tickets or donation requests that are in violation of our policies.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced
- Tickets are non-transferable and are not eligible for resale.
