Spring 2025 Syllabus Submission and Office Hours

Please upload a copy of the syllabus for each course that you are teaching in Spring 2025 and ensure the following:



1. Naming Convention: Name your syllabus file(s) using the course ID number, the CRN, and your last name with your first name initial. Example: “ASTR 5-12345-Smith, J.”




2. Be sure to include your


-Date & Time of FINAL EXAM


-DROP DATE FOR COURSE


-Mt.SAC contact information


-Office hours


-SLOs/CMOs to your course


-Statement of Accommodations for students with disabilities




3. Deadline: Upload all of your syllabi below no later than Friday, February 28, 2025 , at 12:00 PM.




IMPORTANT NOTE:



Accreditation requires syllabi to list course Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs). Therefore, a website link will not suffice, please copy and paste the SLOs directly to your syllabus. The words "Student Learning Outcomes" must be listed on your syllabus.



**Per Article 18.B of the Faculty Agreement, submitting records in an accurate and timely manner is a contractual faculty obligation. Failure to submit accurate records by the established deadlines may be reflected on your faculty evaluation.*
