Poll Worker Portal

If you are interested in serving as a poll worker for the upcoming election, please complete the form below. The Secretary of State’s Office will send your information directly to your County Circuit Clerk and Election Commission. Your local election officials will contact you if your services are needed.

To be a poll worker you MUST live in the county you are interested in working in and be a registered voter of that county. Poll worker pay can be between $125.00 to $200.00 dollars, with additional amounts available to receiving and returning managers, but these amounts vary by county. You should contact your local election commissioners to find out what poll workers are paid in your county.

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you will be hired, and it does not commit you to serve as a poll worker should you change your mind at a later date. Please contact our Elections Hotline at (601)-576-2550 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the Poll Worker Portal.
