2023 Senior Special Event Registration

LOCATION OF CLASSES:
All events are held in the City Hall Community Rooms located at 1140 Terex Road unless otherwise noted. There is a wide center walkway from the back parking lot to the back of City Hall. Follow the center wide sidewalk. As you approach City Hall, enter through the large doors in the center of the building. The Community Rooms are located there.
PARKING AT CITY HALL:
Please park in the back parking lot where the Employee Parking is. The Community Rooms are located in the back of City Hall (see above).
HOW TO REGISTER:
Please put a check in front of the date(s) you would like to attend. NOTE: Some events have limited capacity. If nothing is indicated, there is no limit.
EMAIL REMINDERS:
Please include an email address when requested in the form to receive email reminders! Email reminders are sent a few days before the event that you registered for.
MONTHLY DONATION
A monthly donation of $5 or quarterly donation of $15 is requested to offset some costs. This is due on or before the first event you attend for each quarter. You can bring cash or check. If check, please write your check to: Hudson Senior Network Foundation. If you would like to mail your check, please mail to: Kris Barker, c/o Hudson Senior Network Foundation, 6947 Walters Road, Hudson, OH, 44236 (please mail at least one week prior to the first event you are attending).
