FB Biweekly Temporary Employment Contract
• NCSU student hires start date will be at least 7 days after contract submitted. Non-NCSU hires start date will be at least 10 days after contract submitted.
• YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BEGIN WORKING UNITL MELISSA RABIL or JULIE PARADISO HAS EMAILED YOU THAT YOUR HIRE IS APPROVED AND FINALIZED.
• The end date listed on this contract is the end date of your assignment, which serves as your notice of termination; therefore, you will not be given notice of non-reassignment.
• You (employee) are required to track all hours worked using the University’s electronic timekeeping system, KABA.Missed punch logs are available to correct time in the case of an OCCASIONAL accidental missed punch, however, missed punch logs are not intended to be used as a regular means of logging hours.
• Employees are not permitted to work on university holidays without prior, documented approval from their supervisor.
