COVID-19 Contact Identification and Notification - Training Registration Form

This training is designed to equip school staff with the confidence, knowledge, tools and resources to conduct contact notification in partnership with their LPHA in the event that a case of COVID-19 is found in their school or in their district. This training will take place on Tuesday, October 5, from 9:30am to 12pm If this training is right for you, please complete this registration form. You will receive a follow-up email to register for the training, which will be held in Zoom. After registering for the training, you will receive a second email with the link to the meeting.
