Cancellation Penalties:

For any cancellations, Fox World Travel charges the following fees (not covered by insurance) in addition to any vendor fees:

From time of deposit to time of departure - $50.00 per person

Penalties apply to each individual traveler or for space cancelled beyond reduction allowances. Client is responsible for any penalties assessed by vendor.

Time of deposit to January 3, 2025 (133 days) – No penalty
From January 4-31, 2025 (132 - 105 days) – 20% per room penalty
From February 1 to March 2, 2025 (104 - 75 days) – 40% per room penalty
From March 3, 2025 (74 days) to time of departure - No refunds
