Complete this form to request a Building Owner Notification Letter or shared access for covered buildings. Only one submission is necessary for multiple covered buildings with the same owner.
Shared Access Request
The shared access feature allows authorized representatives access to view, update or submit an application on a building owner’s behalf. It can also be used to assign others as the primary contact for the building.
Request shared access if:
- You are an authorized representative (internal or external) and managing a building on behalf of a building owner.
- You received multiple letters and would like to consolidate access into one account.
To expedite the request, submit supporting documentation such as proof of ownership or an official letter with the organization letterhead authorizing you as a representative.
