Notice Posting Information

Under PERB rules, the notice must be posted at all UC locations where UC customarily posts such employee notices; for example, the location(s) where the University would post a notice consistent with a PERB order following a substantiated ULP charge.


Please note that the notice must be posted as soon as possible and no later than Monday, November 18. The notice must remain in place until December 11, 2024.

Please list the notice information for all notices that you have posted. Please be sure to list the following for each notice.


  • Specific campus facility/building
  • Specific location within that facility/building (Ex: bulletin board, fourth floor break room, cafeteria, etc.)
  • Date notice was first posted
  • Date notice was removed/End date of notice
