*$125 for the listing side is a one-time, non-refundable deposit added to your monthly office bill at the commencement of any pre-list or listing activity.
"A La Carte" Program
- Full-Service Listing: $175*
- Full-Service Sale: $399

*$175 for the listing side is a one-time, non-refundable deposit added to your monthly office bill at the commencement of any pre-list or listing activity.
For new sales (in both "All-in" and "A La Carte" programs) a $75 file set-up fee will be added to your monthly office bill upon receipt of the mutual contract, and the balance is deducted from your commission at the close of escrow. Should a Transaction Terminate, no further fees will be incurred.
Full-Service Pre-Listing Package:
Create listing contract documents per your instructions including property and RE/MAX disclosures DocuSign to your clients for signature Set up Paperless Pipeline file Chase missing signatures/initials and enter trailing documents in PP Process any listing changes and enter into PP.
Full-Service Sale Package Buyer or Seller:
Set up file in PP, open escrow, contract to lender, welcome emails to all parties with transaction summary Request and verify property disclosures are complete, send to your client for signature Chase missing signatures, enter trailing documents in PP Track timelines and send weekly file progress updates Send any documents prepared or reviewed by you for signature then to escrow and lender as needed Order home warranty if needed Prepare and send broker instructions to escrow Review final settlement statement and verify file is complete prior to close Enter final documents from escrow in PP
