Fotowalks

Die Fotowalks können unterjährig oder während der PHOTOPIA vom 22.-24. September 2023 stattfinden.

Sie leiten den Fotowalk, die Hamburg Messe übernimmt das Ticketing. Die Einnahmen aus dem Ticketverkauf (Mindest-Teilnehmergebühr für Besucher 49€/brutto) werden zu gleichen Teilen (netto) zwischen der HMC und dem Partner geteilt.


Workshops

Die Workshops finden während der PHOTOPIA vom 22.-24. September 2023 in unseren Räumlichkeiten auf dem Messegelände statt.

Sie leiten den Workshop, die Hamburg Messe übernimmt das Ticketing & die Raumorganisation. Die Einnahmen aus dem Ticketverkauf (Mindest-Teilnehmergebühr für Besucher 49€/brutto) werden zu gleichen Teilen (netto) zwischen der HMC und dem Partner geteilt.

Be part of the PHOTOPIA Academy and impart your knowledge to our visitors in an exciting way in one of our photowalks or workshops.


Photowalks

The Photowalks can take place during the year or during PHOTOPIA from September 22.-24., 2023.

You lead the photowalk, Hamburg Messe takes care of the ticketing. The income from ticket sales (minimum participation fee for visitors 49€/gross) will be shared (net) equally between HMC and the partner.


Workshops

The workshops will take place during PHOTOPIA from September 22.-24., 2023 in our premises at the exhibition center.

You lead the workshop, Hamburg Messe takes care of ticketing & room organization. The income from ticket sales (minimum participation fee for visitors 49€/gross) will be shared (net) equally between HMC and the partner.

First come, first served

III. Konditionen // Conditions

Zugelassene Aussteller erhalten die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen einer Academy Kurse z.B. in Form von Workshops, Schulungen, Seminaren, Fotowalks auf und/oder während der PHOTOPIA durchzuführen.


  • Art, Umfang und Ort benötigen einer genauen Absprache.
  • HMC stellt Ihnen hierfür Räumlichkeiten in oder in der Nähe der 2 Festivalhallen unentgeltlich zur Verfügung
  • HMC übernimmt das Ticketing sowie das Teilnehmermanagement.


Die Einnahmen aus dem Ticketverkauf (Mindest-Teilnehmergebühr für Besucher 49€/brutto) werden zu gleichen Teilen zwischen der HMC und dem Partner geteilt. Der Eintrittspreis zur PHOTOPIA ist nicht im Ticketpreis enthalten. Für Fotowalks oder Workshops während der PHOTOPIA benötigen die Teilnehmer zusätzlich ein gültiges Eintrittsticket zur Veranstaltung. HMC bewirbt die PHOTOPIA Academy über ihre on- und offline Kanäle.

Approved exhibitors are given the opportunity to hold courses within the framework of an Academy, e.g. in the form of workshops, training courses, seminars, photo walks at and/or during PHOTOPIA.


  • The type, scope and location must be agreed in detail.
  • For this purpose, HMC will provide you with premises in or near the 2 festival halls free of charge.
  • HMC will take care of the ticketing as well as the participant management.


The income from ticket sales (minimum visitor fee 49€/gross) will be shared equally between HMC and the partner. The entrance fee to PHOTOPIA is not included in the ticket price. For photowalks or workshops during PHOTOPIA, participants additionally need a valid admission ticket to the event. HMC promotes the PHOTOPIA Academy via on- and offline channels
