Facebook and Instagram Letters

Please complete the form below if your Facebook or Instagram account has been deactivated or suspended. The information will be used to provide you with a letter confirming your right to use the RE/MAX trademarks on your social media account, which you can submit directly to Meta (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram). Please be advised the letter does not guarantee your page will be reactivated but has been effective for some RE/MAX affiliates experiencing the same issue.


If you have had multiple accounts affected, please submit a separate form for each account.


You can expect to receive the letter in 1-2 business days. Please note the letter will be delivered via a Smartsheet email address (user@app.smartsheet.com). If you do not receive the letter within 2 business days please confirm the email has not been filtered. With any issues or concerns, please contact trademark@remax.com.
