This form is used to collect interest and information from individuals looking to attend TMS Specialty Congress 2025 to be held June 15-19, 2024 in Anaheim, California, USA as a volunteer session chair.

As a session chair you will be recognized in the Technical Program and receive a digital credential certificate recognizing your service following the meeting.

Please note session chairs are required to register for the event.

Session Chair responsbilites:



In the session room:

• Check for any late-breaking changes to your session
• Check A/V equipment and contact staff with any issues
• Help speakers load their presentations on the laptop

At the beginning of the session:

• Welcome the attendees and provide short introductory comments if you wish
• Note emergency and photo policies

During the session:

• Introduce each speaker
• Please keep the session on schedule
• If there is a cancellation or no-show do not skip to the next speaker

At the end of the session:

• Thank the speakers
• Thank the attendees
• Make any important annoucments about other meeting events
