Academic Standing Committee -- Intention to Appeal Application

The Department of Public Health & Health Sciences Academic Standing Committee will review appeals related to academic standards which include academic progression, academic standing, permission to resume studies, changes in requirements and repeating courses. Students who believe that they were erroneously, capriciously, or otherwise unfairly treated in an academic or cooperative education decision may petition to appeal the decision.
