Safe Schools Maryland Initial Registration Form

Thank you for ensuring that the Safe Schools Maryland anonymous reporting system has the appropriate and most up to date contacts for your school on file. Please note that none of the information that you provide on this form will be made available publicly; the information that you provide will simply be used by us internally to ensure that your school's contact(s) receive(s) any anonymous reports about your school in real time - just as soon as we receive any anonymous reports. We ask that you enter two or more contacts for your school. A cell phone number is required for each contact in order to ensure that individuals receive text notifications of anonymous reports relating to your school. Please list your contacts in the order that you would like them to be contacted should we need to communicate with a school representative. Please also note that the first school contact listed will automatically be entered as the school's Recipient Contact Administrator (the individual who can add/delete contacts for the school, reset passwords for Recipient Contacts, etc).
