Winter Speaker Panel – 1-hour moderated discussion with pre-selected questions. Multiple panelists sharing career-building advice. Typically held in February, annually.


Pathways to Success – Keynote speech, 30-45 minutes. Speaker in high-level/executive position shares how they reached their current position with key turning points in their career. Pre-selected questions are asked by ANUW moderator at the end. Typically held in April, annually.


Conversations with an Executive – Keynote speech, 30-45 minutes. Speaker in high-level/executive role at Northwestern University shares their work/role, “state of university”, or similar topics. Pre-selected questions are asked by ANUW moderator at the end. Typically held in July, annually.


Skill-Building Workshops (i.e. networking, resume tips/advice, mentoring, etc.) - Held on an ongoing basis throughout the year, 30-45 minutes.


Book Club Discussion Facilitator - Held on an ongoing basis throughout the year, 45–60-minute casual discussion format.
