Student Organizations are a great way for students to develop social, educational and leadership skills. Involvement in recognized student clubs and organizations at Grayson College (GC) allows students the opportunity to network, represent GC and become engaged in service activities both on- and off-campus.

Please complete this form in its entirety by August 31, 2024

A student organization may not meet, travel or spend funds until registration is complete and the Office of Student Life and Development has emailed approval.

Please submit the Organization's Constitution (example included in the Student Organization Handbook). This can be uploaded to this form. A constitution must be provided for the group to be approved.

With the exception of the Constitution, please submit the following within the first 30 days of the Fall Semester. These forms need to be updated as club/organization changes happen:
