This form is intended to allow users to document their needs for INCOSE technical products - handbooks, competency frameworks, primers, needs manuals, etc. These needs will be prioritized and used to guide INCOSE technical product development planning.

Provide an explanation of why this is needed. How will it benefit our community? What shortfall is it addressing? What stakeholders would this benefit? How would it be used? By Who? (This is the 'Why')

Identify Point(s) of Contact for this need to allow further coordination and clarification. (This would normally be you).
