This form is for NMPED Bureaus or Programs that would like a Canvas courses created on the NMPED's Canvas instance. The NMPED LMS team is here to support, consult, and design Canvas courses. Please complete this form to begin the process. Moving forward, Canvas courses should be created using the established Canvas PED template. No special branding should be applied to future Canvas projects. Using the established PED template will ensure that our agency’s brand identity is reinforced across all of our digital platforms. Existing content does not need to be remediated for brand compliance.
