Thank you for submitting an event request. Please note that all requests need a minimum of 4 weeks for appropriate approvals. You should complete a new form for each event.

Many spaces require approval from departments external to RecWell and we cannot guarantee approval of any requested space.

The submitter will get automated emails along the way. Any questions can be directed to the Office of Competitive Sports Inquiry System.
