SCBE Conference Room Reservation Form
Reservations are required to use conference rooms and facilities and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To reserve one of the shared SCBE conference rooms below, please complete the SCBE Conference Room Reservation Web Form. All fields must be completed for a room reservation. You should expect a response within three business days.
Room cancellation is required no less than five working days before the event date. Please notify the SCBE administrative team immediately so others may use the space.
Please note that all SCBE Faculty, Staff, Postdocs, and Students can directly book other meeting spaces in the ALE (Always/Lane/Edwards) buildings and throughout campus via MedScheduler.
As of September 2021, face coverings are required indoors at all times regardless of an individual’s COVID-19 vaccination status. Until further notice, any such meeting must have a designated host responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements and maintaining a list of all attendees. This list must include their first/last name and email. See Stanford Health Alerts for more details.
Please return the room to the standard arrangement if you move the furniture during your reserved time. Failure to do so may result in revocation of privileges. Moreover, you are responsible for:
1. Clean up after use, including any food, beverages, or decorations.
2. Wipe the table down when necessary.
3. Put all trash in the garbage.
4. Push the chairs back into the table.
5. Erase the whiteboard.
6. Turn the lights off.
7. We do not have a custodial service to clean in between meetings, so the next user will appreciate your attention to these details.
