AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR MICROBIOLOGY WAIVER

I know that running/ walking is a potentially hazardous activity. I understand that I should not engage in running/ walking activities at ASM Microbe 2025 unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running/ walking activities at ASM Microbe 2025, including but not limited to, falls and contact with other participants, all risks being known and appreciated by me, and I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and its officers, directors, employees, members and agents from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, by reason of any injury, damage, loss or expense incurred in connection with my participation in this running/ walking activity.
