The Simulation Collaborative
The Simulation Collaborative offers clinical training with an array of simulation modalities in an interactive learning environment. It is also involved in research initiatives focused on the advancement of simulation technology and education. Formed in 2021, the Simulation Collaborative offers over 22,000 square feet of state-of-the-art simulation space occupying the entire ground floor of the Claude Moore Medical Education Building, and the 2nd and 3rd floors of the McLeod Hall Nursing Education Building. The Simulation Collaborative contains ten large simulation bays, each with a control room, twelve spacious procedure rooms, a decontamination bay, dedicated ambulance entrance as well as spacious conference rooms, workrooms for teaching faculty, and offices housing the Simulation Team.
