2025 NACCHO Scholarship Application

The Connecticut Health Care Coalition (CT HCC) has funding available to sponsor attendees for the upcoming National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Preparedness Summit. Please complete all sections of this application if you would like to be considered to attend the NACCHO Preparedness Summit, being held in-person in San Antonio, Texas from April 29 to May 2, 2025.

Active Member Organization participants are welcome to apply for this opportunity - see details regarding member type in the CT HCC Bylaws. Registration is now open and applicants who are approved by a majority vote of the Executive Committee will register themselves for the Summit.

Considerations before applying:

  • The coalition will provide registration and hotel funding for up to two members to attend the NACCHO Preparedness Summit. The coalition will provide up to $2,697.84 in reimbursement funding for each member selected. Funding may be used to reimburse registration and hotel costs only. Any remaining costs would need to be covered by the attendee and would not be reimbursed by the coalition.
  • All applicants will be contacted by the Readiness & Response Coordinator to inform you if you were selected for a scholarship. Please do NOT register or purchase anything until your approval to attend is confirmed.
  • Approved members will complete their own registration, hotel, and travel arrangements.
  • All registration and hotel costs up to a combined cost of $2,697.84 for each member will be reimbursed by CT HCC, AFTER the member attends the summit and submits all applicable receipts. A packet will be distributed no later than February 24, 2025 describing travel and reimbursement policies in greater detail.

Complete this application by 5:00 PM ET on February 12, 2025 in order to be considered.
