Before requesting a locker for the Spring 2025 semester, please consider the following guidelines:

• If you were assigned a locker during the 2024 Spring semester, you will not be able to request a locker for the Spring 2025 semester in order to provide other individuals the opportunity to utilize these resources.
• Lockers should be used to store personal items, but food and beverages are not allowed to be stored due to pest control issues.
• This form will be opened a week before the start of the Fall semester and will close after two weeks, or until all available lockers have been assigned.
