If you are physically threatened or there is an immediate safety concern, please contact 911.

If you have a concern related to bias, discrimination, and/or harassment, please submit using the Bias Report Form available in the conference app.

If you have a competition grievance, please contact your State Director.

SkillsUSA developed this form as part of its broader efforts to promote safe environments for every attendee participating in its programs and events.

Please use this digital form to report incidents violating the Conference Code of Conduct that take place during SkillsUSA programs and events.

Upon receiving this form, SkillsUSA or an appropriate designee may contact you, and explain next steps. Although SkillsUSA cannot guarantee your confidentiality, it promises to protect your privacy to the extent possible while addressing your concern. Alternatively, you have the option to send this report anonymously. To do so fill it out without your name or identifying information.
