2025 RA Catering Order Form

Deadline to Submit Orders: Wednesday, May 7


IMPORTANT POLICIES:


  • Guarantees are due seven (7) business days prior to the start of the event—not the specific date of your catering request.


  • Changes to existing orders may incur change fees.


  • Increases after the guarantee deadline will incur a 15% late notice fee and are subject to Chef approval.


  • On-site increases will be charged a 25% fee.


  • Minimum order requirements may apply and are noted on the order form.


  • A $200 surcharge will be applied to any meal function serving fewer than 25 people.


  • A 24% service charge applies to all catering orders.

TO FILL OUT THE FORM:


  • Complete all required fields.


  • Submit one (1) form per function, per day, for the following categories:
  • Beverages
  • Bakery
  • Pantry/Snacks
  • Break Service
  • Sandwich Grab and Go
  • Hot Buffet Lunch
  • Other (e.g., receptions, plated or buffet breakfasts/dinners, special events)


  • If the same order repeats over multiple days, you may complete one form. Indicate the start and end dates, and check the appropriate boxes on the order form.


  • For supplemental orders of fewer than 10 items per category (unless otherwise noted), you may list those under Additional Catering Notes on your main form. Be sure to include quantities and any necessary details. Larger add-ons will require a separate form.

In addition to the menu options listed below, there will be 10 food trucks stationed just outside the convention center, offering a variety of options.


Please note: These food trucks are self-pay, meaning attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own meals directly from the vendors.


Food trucks will be available July 2–6, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

Soft Pretzel Break (CM / VEG) - $24 / guest

Soft Pretzel Sticks served with Nacho Cheese. Whole Grain Mustard, and Yellow Mustard


Willamette Garden Bounty Break (AVG / CM / VEG) - $25 / guest

Crudité Platter - Celery Sticks, Baby Carrots, Squash, Cucumber, Zucchini, Chipotle Ranch, and Red Pepper Hummus


Chocolate Fix Break (CM / VEG) - $21 / guest

Assorted Chocolate Treats - Chocolate Bars, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Brownies, and Chocolate Dipped Pretzels


Southwest Snack Break (AVG / CM / VEG) - $23 / guest

Chips and Dips - Housemade Tortilla Chips, Melted Cheese Sauce, Tomato Salsa, and Guacamole

Sandwich Grab and Go is presented buffet-style and will include Bags of Chips, Mandarin Oranges, Cookies, Assorted Bubly, Soft Drinks.
