If you have graduated with an Ensign credential (certificate, AS, or AAS) you may be eligible for one free course per semester under the following conditions:

• You have been away from Ensign college for at least three consecutive semesters, and
• You are re-admitted as a degree seeking student (AS, AAS, or BAS only--no certificates only), and
• You are enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours this semester.

You must submit a separate form for every semester you are requesting the benefit.
