III. Konditionen // Conditions

Die Teilnahme am Vortragsprogramm ist für Sie kostenlos, jedoch vorbehaltlich Ihrer Zulassung als Aussteller. Eine Vortragseinheit umfasst i.d.R. 20 Minuten. Es folgen zehn Minuten Pause zum Wechsel der Vortragenden. Bei einer Buchung von aufeinander folgenden Vortragseinheiten werden Ihnen die Pausen zwischen den eigenen Vortragseinheiten gern zur Verfügung gestellt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich hier um ein Forum für Fachvorträge und Live-Vorführungen handelt und die Vorträge nicht werblichen Inhalts sein dürfen. Alle angemeldeten Beiträge werden geprüft. Die seitens HMC genehmigten Vorträge werden in das Vortragsprogramm der PHOTOPIA 2023 aufgenommen und über unsere Kommunikationskanäle (z.B. HMC-Websites, facebook, Instagram) beworben.

Participation in the presentation program is free of charge, subject to your admission as an exhibitor. A presentation session usually lasts 20 minutes. This is followed by a ten-minute break for a speakers change. If you book two consecutive presentation units, you are welcome to take the break between the units or present non-stop. Please note that this is a forum for specialized presentations and live demonstrations and may not be used for individual product promotion. The presentations approved by HMC will be used for the PHOTOPIA 2023 presentation program and promoted via all our communication channels (e.g. HMC website, mailings, LinkedIn).
