Online Student Bullying Reporting Form

IF YOU ARE IN IMMEDIATE DANGER, CALL 911.

San Diego Unified is committed to providing a safe, comfortable learning environment for all students. Bullying incidents can be reported directly to a trusted staff member at your school. This online form may also be used by San Diego Unified students to report being bullied or by someone witnessing a student being bullied.

This reporting system is only for students on student bullying. If this concerns an employee (teacher, principal or other staff), please go to our Ethicspoint Report Form.

Once submitted, the investigation process will begin as soon as possible. Keep in mind, this process can only be as thorough as the information provided.

By completing this form, you are verifying that your statements are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The SDUSD's Bullying and Intimidation policy can be accessed here.

You can also speak with someone, by contacting Students Speaking Out, an anonymous 24-hour hotline, at (888) 580-8477.
