2025 ARAT BriefCASE Field Test Application

Event Dates: July 28th - 30th FULL or July 30th - August 1st,

Few spots remain - Priority will be for Minnesota Teachers to meet grant expectations.


Please complete the application to participate in the Agricultural Robotics and Automation Technologies BriefCASE funded by NSF. Applications will remain open until all seats for the event are filled. The National Science Foundation will fund participant expenses, including room, board, transportation, and materials. However, schools selected must place a $500 downpayment to hold their reservation. AgCentric will reimburse the school $500 after you attend the first day of the CASE Institute.

Explain how you plan to implement Ag Robotics and Automation in your local CTE program.

As a participant in this program, you will be expected to implement the curriculum during the 2025-26 school year, provide feedback to CASE and AgCentric, and participate in virtual meetings. Attach a letter of commitment from your administration stating that you can do so.

The professional development will be held at AgCentric in Staples, MN. How do you plan to travel there? If you fly, arrangements will be made for your transportation.
