Community Request Form

We appreciate your interest in SMFR's community risk reduction programs! Please note all requests for a community presentation or visit must meet the following requirements:


  • Must be received no less than three weeks prior to the requested date
  • Minimum of 10 attendees
  • Participants must live or work in the district
  • We can accommodate one presentation per calendar year per topic for homeowners associations
  • We cannot participate in for-profit events
  • We ask that the majority of the audience be over four years old
