CC is the campus code. Example: UP is University Park. If on the website you can look up the codes in the post to the left. Typing in that code helps to sort through the options.
Please indicate the alarm you would like to be monitored, modified or removed. List the Room number, equipment and alarm. If this request is on behalf of another person, please include their full name, email and phone number.
