Please fill out the form below to report any technical issues. Individuals should submit tickets for access issues for their own account only. We cannot provide access information to anyone other than the owner of the account.
Submissions sent by anyone but the individual member with the issue will be closed and need to be resubmitted.
Locked Accounts: Initiated members should use the Forgot/Reset Password option on the sigmaconnect.trisigma.org sign-in page to reset. Resetting your password will also unlock your account.
- If you recently reset your password and get an error message: Your browser cache may need to be cleared. To test this, you can sign into Sigma Connect using your browser's incognito window or with a browser that you don't normally use.
- To refresh your browser cache, please follow the instructions on this site: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
Please be specific and provide as much detail as possible that would help us to duplicate the issue that you are having. When applicable, please provide a screenshot of the error.
Before submitting, please be sure this is the correct form:
- Touchstone questions: please first contact your Touchstone Specialist or Chapter Services team. If an error, they will submit a ticket on your behalf.
- General questions: Collegiate chapters - contact your AD if your position handbook and C.A.B are unable to help. All other general questions should be sent to sigma@trisigma.org.
