The EFCN offers no cost assistance to drinking water systems serving 10,000 or fewer people and wastewater systems that treat 1 million gallons per day or less. Examples of assistance we can provide include:

The U.S. EPA funding is for drinking water systems serving 10,000 people or less and wastewater systems that treat 1 million gallons per day or less, but we may be able to assist you in other ways. If so, the EFCN will be in contact with you soon.
