Feasibility Request

Does your area need significant work to be completed that is more than just a single Facilities work order requesst or IT work ticket?


If there is a need to build or upgrade functionality in a physical space on campus, Deans and Directors should submit their proposal for feasibility to be conducted by Facilities and IT Services. All potential projects must be reviewed and approved for feasibility before moving forward to implementation.


Once submitted, a review will be conducted by Facilities and IT to define project scope, impact, budget and potential alignments with the College Operational Plan. Once approved, the project can then be assigned to a project manager to provide the coordination and oversight to complete the work.
