Call for Experts to Support the Needs of Exiled CSOs from Belarus

The Netherlands Helsinki Committee is looking for a qualified Belarusian expert with a comprehensive understanding and expertise on Belarusian civil society organizations.

Detailed Application

1. Please provide a brief overview of the Belarusian civil society in exile in light of the ongoing crisis. Identify primary needs of the CSOs working on promotion and protection of human rights.*

2. Describe your experience in providing support to the sub-granting process, including reviewing reports from local partners and monitoring and evaluating awarded grants.*

3. What is your approach on advising and coaching CSOs on the organizational development in the crisis conditions? You can provide specific examples from your experience that support your approach.*

4. How would you support the NHC in planning and executing advocacy-related activities on international arena? Please describe a relevant example of how you planned and executed such activities in past.*

5. How would you advise the NHC on the visibility of the project, and what experience do you have in drafting communications initiatives?*
