Are you a registered Smart Commuter?

This is a requirement in order to use the SCOOT cars as this is a benefit of the Smart Commuter Program.

A Kitsap Transit Smart Commuter is someone that gets to work by alternative means (other than driving alone) at least three days each week. Examples include walking, biking, riding a bus or passenger-only ferry, carpooling or vanpooling.
