ADFA 2023/2024 Severe Storms Recovery Survey

The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) is conducting this survey to assess the unmet needs of communities affected by the 2023/2024 severe storms. Your responses will help shape federal and state programs, including the development of a draft Action Plan to allocate $59 million in Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
