By submitting photo(s) you are agreeing, as the person authorised to do so, to give permission to Clare County Council to use the image(s) for its websites, photo banks, publications, and other promotional purposes. You are also agreeing to allow Clare County Council to share the photos with others for their use, including but not limited to travel trade, media, agencies and other travel influencers. Photos should be unaltered, well-composed, high-resolution images, free of any markings e.g. no logos or credits and no photo collages. Copyright and GDPR: In submitting images, you GUARANTEE to Clare County Council that you have copyright or permission from the photographer to share the images in accordance with the above and that they, in turn, have permission from any person or persons who appear in the photos allowing the images to be used as above – the photographer must have obtained this in writing by asking those in the photo to sign “model/photo release forms”. If there are minors in the photographs their parents or guardians must sign a similar release form. The Change Request may only be submitted by the person authorised to request the change. Clare County Council reserves the right to accept or decline the changes and to make them in whole or in part. Clare County Council also reserves the right to make edits to the changes requested and to the original entry in the interest of style, consistency, accuracy or brevity.
