Manure Rental Form

Please fill out this form to request a rental time for the manure spreader. It can be rented from April - October, weather dependent. The manure spreader is available for one-week rental periods (Thursday to Thursday). One of our staff will follow up with additional information and confirming a pick-up and drop-off time. Once a time has been confirmed you will receive an invoice to reserve the unit. This must be paid within 7 days to keep your rental time. Rental Agreement

By checking this you agree to pick up and drop off the manure spreader at the specific time scheduled and understand you will have to produce a valid driver's license, agree to the equipment borrowing policies, and pay $150 refundable deposit and $150 rental fee within 7 days of confirmation to hold the rental.

Credit Card*

I understand that Clark Conservation District will send me an invoice for $300 (fee+deposit) to be paid within 7 days. This will hold my rental period. If the equipment is returned clean and in working order, the $150 deposit will be refunded.
