Multi-Factor Authentication - Beta Request

Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, is an added layer of security to a user’s login process in addition to their username and password. PlanSource offers four methods of MFA: SMS (text message), YubiKey (hard token), Authenticator App (smartphone app), and Backup Codes. You can learn more about them below.

Beta Restrictions

Is Single-Sign On (SSO) enabled?*

Note that users that utilize SSO to access PlanSource are ineligible. This is due to the user authenticating through a third party.

Is Custom Login Page enabled?*

Note that users logging into PlanSource through a custom login page are ineligible. Support for custom login pages does not currently exist.
