Waiver Request without Alternative Transportation?*

Is the district requesting a waiver of the requirement to provide transportation for elementary school students who reside more than one mile from school and/or for secondary school students who reside more than 1.5 miles from school that DOES NOT include alternative transportation? If yes, please upload a letter, as described in ORS 327.043, to the State Board of Education documenting the nature of the request and detailed descriptions of arrangement sought.
