Please use this form to submit proposals for the 2025 ERWC Literacy Conference. (Note: Must be a California Resident)

Prepare to include your program title, and a 100-150 word description of your program session on the Smartsheet form. Prepare to upload a 300-350 word proposal document, a short 1-3 page curriculum vitae highlighting your ERWC experience, a short biography (half-page or 1 page), and headshot/portrait photograph (JPEG or PNG) in the "Attachments" section, at the end of the form before submission. Note: All documents should be submitted in PDF format.

The deadline to submit a proposal is 11:59 p.m., March 28, 2025. A completed submission includes the Smartsheet form, 300-500 word proposal, a curriculum vitae, short bio, and a headshot/portrait photograph. You will be notified of the status of your proposal by April 30, 2025.
